National Book Week Celebration 2020
Enderun Library joined the nationwide celebration of National Book Week held last November 16-20, 2020 with the theme “Libraries as Catalyst in the New Normal Environment: Changes, Reforms, Transformations“. The following events were conducted online and participated by the Enderun students and employees.
Since typhoons rummaged the northern part of the Philippines before the scheduled events, the Library decided to refocus some of the activities and instead launched a donation/ fundraising campaign through its student organization First Edition. The event was in partnership with STEP UP in aiming to raise funds for the victims of the typhoons in Gacayan, Isabela and Marikina.
While some of the scheduled events were refocused to fundraising campaigns, some of the webinars were also pushed through. One of the webinars is the virtual book talk of Dr. Gideon Lasco with his book entitled “The Philippines is not a small country”.
Another important event was in partnership with the Academic Success Center entitled “Inhale, Exhale: Combatting burnout and stress” by our speaker Ms. Aizaleen Fusingan.
We were also fortunate to have our very own Enderun experts Ms. Lou Molina and Mr. Jerome De Jesus gracing our webinar entitled “Defining your Target Market for your Digital Plan: from consumer persona to media buying”.
